My name is Marla Warner and I am thrilled to be joining elements, Toronto as a Professional Health and Wellness Coach and Counselor. I bring over 20 years of experience as an educator, counselor, consultant, trainer and coach in hospitals, corporations and in private practice. With training in Kinesiology, Stress Management Education, Health and Wellness Coaching, and a variety of complementary and adjunctive therapies, I offer an effective approach to assisting people with health, wellness and lifestyle concerns, including managing stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain and illness, and balancing personal and professional demands. I draw on a broad range of tools and techniques to help clients cope better, increase resourcefulness and resilience and find solutions for navigating the sources of stress in life.
As a Wellness Coach I help people master their best health and wellbeing by addressing both physical and mental health. You identify your priorities and together we develop a personal wellness plan. Clients often report that not only have they taken charge of their lives, but they often go beyond what they imagined possible. I understand the link between mind, mood, body and behavior.
